AND THAT’S HOW IT’S BEEN FOR DECADES!

On a December day in 1965, the foundation stone was laid for our Platzer spa hotel – and it also laid the foundation stone for decades of hospitality. Because that’s exactly what hasn’t changed at all, despite the move from small guesthouse to 4-star superior hotel.

We don’t have to try very hard to give that extra bit of feel-good factor. Our passion for indulgence is something we were practically born with. The first generation of Platzer hosts managed their 20 rooms, complete with running water, with passion and took great pleasure in looking after their guests.

And so it was that some of the many delighted guests we have welcomed here have also become our friends. Today, 50 years later, our hotel in Tyrol continues to be passionately and lovingly owned and managed by the family. So, here’s to many more years filled with many wonderful moments. We are already looking forward to seeing you!
