The right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18 (1) line 10 FAGG is not applicable; the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 31 days before the day of arrival, guests can cancel free of charge.

After that, a cancellation is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:

• from 30 days before arrival 40% of the total package price
• from 14 days before arrival 70% of the total package price
• from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total package price
• in case of no-show 100% of the total package price
• an early departure or late arrival will be charged in full.

In the event of cancellation within the deadline, EUR 50 will be retained from the deposit as a booking fee.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Discount for children in the winter 2026:
Discount in parent rooms and suites with 2 adults:

• 0 to 2 years: €25 per night
• 3 to 5 years: 70% discount including children’s menu
• 6 to 10 years: 50% discount on the half-board price
• 11 to 14 years: 30% discount on the half-board price
• from 15 years: 20% discount on the half-board price

Discount for children in the summer 2026:
Discount in parent rooms and suites with 2 adults:

• 0 to 2 years: € 25 per night
• 3 to 5 years: € 42 per night
• 6 to 9 years: € 49 per night
• 10 to 13 years: € 64 per night
• from 14 years: 20% discount on the half-board price

Double room for single occupancy:
We charge an additional fee depending on the season.

Weekend surcharge:
From December to April, we charge a weekend surcharge of €10 per person per day
for stays of less than 5 nights from Thursday to
Sunday.

Additional adult occupancy:
The third adult receives a discount of 20%

Pets only upon request, for a fee (Euro 22 per day) summer

For our exclusive Christmas Eve we charge a €50 surcharge per person.
