Summer 2021

Uncertain times require flexible solutions - this is all the more true for this year's winter vacation planning.
As part of our "Happy & Safe" campaign, we want to give you exactly this flexibility and guarantee safe and carefree planning.

• In the period from 18.06.2021 to 10.10.2021, you can cancel your vacation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

Thereafter, a cancellation is only possible with the following cancellation fees:

• 100% of the total arrangement price in the event of no-show;
• 100% in case of an early departure or late arrival; 
• in the event of a timely cancellation, EUR 50 will be retained from the deposit as a booking fee;


Winter 2022

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before the day of arrival.

Thereafter, a cancellation is only possible with the following cancellation fees:

up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
up to 7 days before arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
in the event of no-show 100% of the total arrangement price.
An early departure or late arrival will be billed in full.
In the event of timely cancellation, EUR 50 will be retained from the deposit as a booking fee.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

As a general rule, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Discount for children in the winter:
Discount in parent rooms and suites:

0 to 2 years: €10 per night
3 to 5 years: 70% discount including children’s menu
6 to 10 years: 50% discount on the half-board price
11 to 14 years: 30% discount on the half-board price
from 15 years: 20% discount on the half-board price


Discount for children in the summer:
Discount in parent rooms and suites:

0 to 4 years: €10 per night
5 to 9 years: €32 per night
10 to 15 years: €42 per night
from 16 years: 20% discount on the half-board price

Double room for single occupancy:
We charge + €25 in summer and + €45 in winter for single occupancy of a double room

Weekend surcharge:
From December to April, we charge a weekend surcharge of €10 per person per day
for stays of less than 5 nights from Thursday to
Sunday.

Additional adult occupancy:
The third adult receives a discount of 20%

Pets only upon request, for a fee (Euro 18 per day)

We offer the following payment options for settling your hotel bill: Euro, MasterCard, Visa or Maestro.
For our exclusive Christmas Eve we charge a €30 surcharge per person.
