• For single use of the Superior double room, we charge an additional fee depending on the season.
• From December to April, a weekend surcharge of €10 per person per day applies from Thursday to Sunday for stays of less than 5 nights.
• A third adult in the room receives a 20% discount.
• For Christmas Eve, we charge a surcharge of €50 per person.
• For New Year's Eve, we charge a surcharge of €80 per person.
• We reserve the right to make any price changes.
• plus €2.60 local tax per person per night

For your hotel bill, we offer the following payment options: cash, MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro.

For a binding reservation and to secure your booking, we request a deposit of €400 per room within one week by providing a credit card number (MasterCard, Visa) or a free-of-charge bank transfer to the following account:

The right of withdrawal under § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price
• From 14 days before arrival: 70% of the booking price
• From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booking price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the booking price
• Early departure or late arrival will be charged in full.
• In case of timely cancellation, €50 of the deposit will be retained as a booking fee.
• Cancellations are only accepted in written form.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be arranged online at www.europaeische.at

Pets (dogs) are allowed only on request and for a fee. We charge €22 per day/dog, excluding food.
