That’s why Head Chef Johann Pichlmeyer and his assistants haven’t left the Platzer kitchen for years. Who knows how many guests they’ve already put a satisfied “Mmmh…” on? One thing is certain: with their Austrian classics and international highlights, they continually delight guests and contribute greatly to the feel-good factor.
The pampering pension: Always ready for a bite
A perfect holiday day with us begins with a large breakfast buffet including homemade treats, regional products, fresh omelets, and daily “HO-PLA Specials.” It ends with a 5-course choice menu, complemented by cheese and ice cream buffets, as well as changing dessert and delicacy specials. Should there still be room for a little snack, we’re always happy to provide a bite. To ensure that everyone enjoys their holiday in Gerlos, we naturally cater to the needs of vegetarians and guests with dietary restrictions.
