2:30 PM Ascent to the Isskogel
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Welcome Circle & Yoga on the yoga platforms at the Isskogel
7:00 PM: Group Dinner
Friday:
8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Wake-up Yoga at the reservoir
9:30 – 10:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
11:00 a.m.: Time for wellness or a hike in the Schönach Valley
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Yoga on the yoga platforms at Isskogel
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together
Saturday:
8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Sun Salutation Flow at the reservoir
9:30 – 10:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
11:00 a.m.: Time for a hike on the Isskogel
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Breathe & Relax Yoga on the yoga platforms on the Isskogel
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together
Sunday:
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Morning Flow at the reservoir
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Group breakfast
11:00 AM: Closing meditation
Weather-related program changes are possible. The program will be adapted on-site to the group's wishes.
