• For single use of the Superior double room, we charge an additional fee depending on the season.
• From December to April, a weekend surcharge of €10 per person per day applies from Thursday to Sunday for stays of less than 5 nights.
• A third adult in the room receives a 20% discount.
• For Christmas Eve, we charge a surcharge of €50 per person.
• For New Year's Eve, we charge a surcharge of €80 per person.
• We reserve the right to make any price changes.

For your hotel bill, we offer the following payment options: cash, MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro.

To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit within one week of booking. This can be made by providing your credit card number (MasterCard, Visa) or by making a free bank transfer to the following account:

The right of withdrawal under § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price
• From 14 days before arrival: 70% of the booking price
• From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booking price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the booking price
• Early departure or late arrival will be charged in full.
• In case of timely cancellation, €50 of the deposit will be retained as a booking fee.
• Cancellations are only accepted in written form.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be arranged online at www.europaeische.at

Pets (dogs) are allowed only upon request and for a fee. We charge €22 per day/dog, excluding food. Please bring your own dog blanket and/or basket. Please note that your pets are not permitted in some rooms and suites (including our new Crystal Suite), the dining room, or our spa areas. Dogs are welcome in the bar area. Any necessary final cleaning or repairs due to damage will be charged.
