About Sandra König:
Known from radio and TV, Sandra König was part of Austria's most popular morning show for 15 years. Today, she runs the yoga studio "Yoga.Motion" in Klosterneuburg, is a bestselling author, and trains yoga teachers. Her classes are powerful, varied, and full of heart – always with the goal of leaving you feeling alive, relaxed, and happy.

Thursday:
From 2:00 PM: Arrival at the hotel
2:30 PM: Mountain ride to the Isskogel
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Welcome session & yoga on the yoga platforms on the Isskogel
7:00 PM: Dinner together
Friday:
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Morning flow at the reservoir
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast together
11:00 AM: Group hike on the Isskogel (optional)
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Breathe & Relax Yoga on the yoga platforms on the Isskogel
7:00 PM: Dinner together
Saturday:
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Sun salutation flow at the reservoir
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast together
11:00 a.m.: Forest bathing, visit to the fish farm, and ice bathing (optional)
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Yin Yoga on the yoga platforms at Isskogel
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together
Sunday:
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Soft Morning Flow at the reservoir
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
11:00 a.m.: Closing meditation
